WEAVERCOOKE has called the Triad home since 1939. We are headquartered in west Greensboro, about a twenty-minute drive to both downtown Winston-Salem and downtown Greensboro. Some of our most iconic construction projects, including The Proximity Hotel, The International Civil Rights Center and Museum, and the Natuzzi Headquarters and Showroom, were completed here in the Triad. Not only have we constructed many of the buildings our area is known for, we have also been part of ambitious projects that benefit its most vulnerable populations. In total WEAVERCOOKE has provided construction services for over 1,200 units of low-income housing in the Triad. We recently provided renovations for the Greensboro Housing Authority to 645 units of low-income housing scattered on nine different sites around Greensboro.
