OVERVIEW WEAVERCOOKE provided affordable housing renovations for the entire Ledgewood Apartments community, including units, site work, and clubhouse. Each unit was given a full interior and exterior renovation. Handicap accessible units were renovated to meet with current ADA compliance. The clubhouse also received a full interior and exterior renovation, including a new kitchen, a larger community room, and a new laundry room. WEAVERCOOKE provided extensive site work, including repaved roads and sidewalks, landscaping, and installation of a new playground.

Overview of Ledgewood Village Apartments project
IMPACT Ledgewood Village was originally constructed in the 1970’s and provides 180 units of affordable housing for residents. This property was fully occupied throughout the renovation, with residents relocating during the day and returning to their units in the evening. Hospitality units and the community center were both available to residents during the day. WEAVERCOOKE had to have all work for the day completed and the unit ready for residents to return to by 5 pm every day to minimize disruption.
