THE BEREWICK TEAM
Berewick Senior Apartments required a team familiar with the developer and the Charlotte area. This senior living construction group brought
extensive multifamily experience to the project and provided an excellent community completed on schedule and under budget.
OVERVIEW
The Berewick Senior Apartments construction project is located in an up-and-
coming area of Charlotte, NC. It provides 108 units of market rate housing for
seniors. The community consists of one L-shaped three-story building with
two elevators and is showcased with stone and siding exterior finishes. Each
unit features granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring and upgraded
plumbing fixtures. The apartments have surface parking, with additional
bicycle parking, and are bordered by a wooded area.
An integrated clubhouse is included on the first floor of the building. It offers
community spaces such as a game room with a pool table, a business center
with computers and printers, and a multipurpose room for other group events.
The clubhouse also provides residents with health and wellness amenities
such as a fitness center and yoga/dance studio.
