SCHEDULING Project schedules are developed in-house during preconstruction through a combined effort of the Preconstruction Manager, Project Manager and Superintendent assigned to each project, working collaboratively with design and other pertinent team members. Our team approach to scheduling results in project schedules in which the entire team can have confidence.
BUDGET ESTIMATES Since all of our work is obtained on a negotiated basis, we are accustomed to providing budget estimates early in the design process, as well as at any milestone requested by the client. Our clients always know exactly where construction dollars are being allocated, as well as actual expenditures versus budget.
VALUE ENGINEERING Our value engineering initiatives focus on maintaining the functionality and aesthetics of a facility's design, without sacrificing its integrity.

We excel in consulting with design team members early in the design process on constructability and material alternatives, enhancing investment for our clients.
SUSTAINABILITY REVIEW Through our relationship with Advanced Energy, WEAVERCOOKE conducts a sustainability review of selected projects... at our own expense. Suggestions for improvement in energy efficiency, life cycle costs, etc. are offered to our clients, who can utilize any or all of them, as appropriate to meet their needs.
