“Support your local superintendent” is a phrase often heard around our office. We not only say it. We mean it. Our company believes the superintendent is the backbone of all successful projects. We intentionally match each of our jobs with the superintendent in mind. Our project management teams are specifically designed to support and provide the best resources, continuous training, technology and communication from behind the desk and in the field. We believe that this relationship underlies every successful build. We share in our successes, we enjoy our work, and we all have a voice at Weavercooke.

We had a phenomenal turn out yesterday at our Trade Contractor Appreciation Holiday Luncheon, with over 160 attendees! We enjoyed good food and shared great conversations, all while supporting the Greensboro Urban Ministry. In addition to the food and monetary donations that were accepted, we raffled off a KitchenAid stand mixer in which all ticket proceeds went to the ministry!
WEAVERCOOKE is thrilled to welcome two new employees to our team! Venetta Worrell and Breanna Lee both joined us last week as Project Administrative Assistants.
Big things are happening for WEAVERCOOKE this week in downtown Durham! Willard Street Apartments will provide 82 affordable apartment homes for modest wage earners working in the area. The four-story building will sit upon two levels of structured parking, as well as street-level retail!
