THE CAROLINA MEADOWS TEAM
Our team at Carolina Meadows consisted of specialists with extensive experience working on operational CCRC campuses. Everyone
working on Carolina Meadows Dining was knowledgeable, patient, and considerate of every resident’s needs.
OVERVIEW
WEAVERCOOKE provided renovations to the Carolina Meadows
dining room, originally built in 1985, by adding formal, private, and
casual dining. The renovation was completed in several phases, as
the dining area was required to remain open.
WEAVERCOOKE made extensive use of BIM (Building Information
Modeling) in both clash detection and modeling to show residents
every precaution that would be used to ensure that we minimize
the interference of construction on their daily lives.

DINING RENOVATIONS
IMPACT
The dining renovations increased serving and seating capacity by
creating a variety of dining venues through reclaiming space in an
older building with many challenges. Creative construction
solutions were needed to bring the building up to modern
standards. WEAVERCOOKE excelled at strategizing, managing and
expediting the process.
Dining is the social hub of a retirement community creating
opportunities for socialization, family gatherings, celebrations and
simply enjoying a good meal together.
