Greenbridge is an innovative, sustainable mixed-use development in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The development consists of a seven-story building and a ten-story building which will provide 96 one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominium units on nine floors. 33,000 square feet of retail and office space will also be included. Other amenities include a fitness/yoga center, indoor/outdoor event center, a 30-seat multi-media digital theater, underground parking, and a courtyard garden.

Once completed, Greenbridge is expected to become the first LEED Gold Certified Mixed-Use development in North Carolina. Sustainable features include:

� 75% of demolition and construction materials reused or recycled
� Offset of carbon emissions through investing in clean, renewable energy
� On-site Zipcar Fleet
� On-site sustainable educational learning center
� High-efficiency Energy Star appliances
� Green roofs and gardens
� Water conserving fixtures
� Low emitting materials
� Local and regional materials
� Use of Certified Wood (wood meeting Forest Stewardship Council guidelines)
� 120 rooftop solar panels that will be used to heat the buildings water
� Water collection cisterns for irrigation.
